After an in-depth assessment to decide on a plan of action that suited his individual needs, he decided to have a fixed brace with tooth-coloured brackets fitted on the upper arch.
The total treatment time was just under 6 months. Once the teeth were aligned, Mr. Gilbert fitted a Bonded Fixed Retainer to the back of the teeth to secure them in their new position and prevent any relapse.
