A long-standing patient of Creative Smiles came in this week looking for a new solution to the problem of two missing front teeth. Currently, the patient has an acrylic denture fitted as an interim measure since the teeth were extracted a few months ago.
The options to restore such a space normally would be implants, a bridge, or a denture.
Following a thorough assessment of the patient’s teeth and requirements, we recommended implants or a chrome/titanium denture. A bridge was not suitable as the teeth on either side of the space would have been compromised by such a restoration.
It was decided along with the patient to go for an aesthetic, light, high-quality titanium partial denture, which over the next number of weeks we will make to the patient’s individual specifications.
