This year, Grace, Laura, and Sara from Creative Smiles teamed up with Streetwise Community Circus and The Beat Initiative to take part in the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
The theme for the parade this year was reuse/recycle, and together with groups from Sky’s Limit, Extend the Choice, Everton Day Centre, and Action on Disability, they dressed up to provide entertainment for the people of Belfast! The groups they teamed up with are to promote inclusion and independence, empower people with disabilities in the Belfast area, and provide an important function within the community. The team from Creative Smiles was delighted to join up with them and help them celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in the city of Belfast!
